Profile
Suja graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and subsequently received her Master of Laws in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. Upon graduation she worked as an in-house Legal Counsel with Pacific International Lines. Suja was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
Since then, she has been in active legal practice in civil and commercial litigation, handling matters relating to arbitration, construction, tenancy and enforcement. She is also one of the firm’s key advisors to the Town Councils, and has been appointed by several Town Councils to review and advise on major contracts, including by-laws.
She volunteers at the Pro Bono Legal Clinic organised by the Catholic Lawyers Guild and has been an active volunteer for mission work in Cambodia.
